Finally you have to get it scheduled as soon as a production slot is available from your designer. By then there are several other things that need updating and it's back to square one.

There is a much better way! First, the ongoing monitoring of the site can be vastly improved by letting everyone participate. With a little research you will find that many of your employees have great ideas and opinions about what is on your web site. So let them own those pages that they have an interest in. Make it their responsibility to make suggestions, critique the information and come up with new content ideas. Don't be afraid to let them be creative.
